Draw Entry Terms and Conditions

THE PROMOTOR AND WHO WE ARE

We are Atom Competitions (trading as and collectively referred to as “Atom Competitions”). Atom Competitions is the “Promotor” of the prize draw (“Draw”) operated at the Atom Competitions website (“Website”), which means we are responsible for ensuring it runs properly and fairly. We are trading under a company incorporated in England and Wales with the company number 14356967.

1. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2.1. These Terms explain how we operate each Draw and the rules of entry.
2.2. You should read these Terms to ensure you understand them before entering any Draw.
2.3. We may change these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published on our Website and apply from the date published.
2.4. By entering any Draw, you confirm you understand these Terms and our Privacy Policy and agree to be legally bound by them.

1. ENTRY RULES

3.1. Each Draw is open to all persons aged 18 years or over who are resident in England, Wales, and Scotland.
3.2. By entering a Draw, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age;

You have the legal capacity to enter;

You are complying with all legal requirements in your country of residence regarding prize competitions and are lawfully able to enter the Draw;

You accept these Terms and promotional requirements as displayed on our Website.

3.3. The following persons are not eligible to enter:

our employees or workers;

employees or workers of any organisation involved in operating or administering the Draw (including prize suppliers and advertising partners);

and members of their immediate families.

3.4. Entries are void if they:

do not comply with these Terms;

are incomplete or illegible;

are postal entries with incorrect postage or sent to the wrong address;

are received after the closing date/time of the Draw;

or are suspected to be part of an attempt to manipulate, disrupt, or unfairly influence the outcome.

3.5. We may request proof of age, residence, or eligibility. Failure or delay in providing acceptable evidence may result in void entry or prize forfeiture.
3.6. Our decision on eligibility or disqualification is final, and we are not obliged to provide justification.

1. HOW TO ENTER

You can enter in the following ways:

Method Details
Online Complete the entry steps on the Promotor Website. Entry costs will be displayed on the Website.
Post (Free Entry) Postal entrants must first register an account online (see 4.1 below). Send a postcard including: Full Name, Atom Username, Postal Address, Date of Birth, Email Address, Telephone Number, and the name of the competition you are entering. Send to: Atom Competitions, Unit 3, Meridian Centre, Belvoir Way, Louth, LN11 0LQ. One entry per postcard for each Draw. Entries must arrive before the closing date/time shown. Missing information renders the postcard void.

4.1. You must create an account via the Website before entering. It is your responsibility to ensure your details are accurate and up to date. We are not liable for incorrect information supplied.
4.2. You will create a username and password – these must remain confidential. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.
4.3. Paid entries will generate a confirmation email and associated Draw number(s).
4.4. Postal entries will be assigned a random available Draw number.
4.5. Entry is not valid until it appears in your account history or has been confirmed via email.
4.6. We reserve the right to refuse/disqualify entry or suspend/cancel accounts where breach, abuse, or unlawful or harmful conduct is suspected.
4.7. We are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries for any reason (technical or postal).
4.8. Only one Draw will operate at a time per competition.
4.9. The Draw closes when any published countdown clock expires.
4.10. Prizes will be displayed on the Website.
4.11. One Winner per Draw unless otherwise stated.
4.12. Entries must only be made on your own behalf.
4.13. Postal entry submission constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
4.14. Where postcard entry cost is below postage stamp value, multiple free entries may be allocated up to stamp value.
4.15. One account per person—duplicate accounts may result in permanent platform ban.

1. THE DRAW

5.1. Draw numbers will be entered using Google’s random number generator or another verified random generator as selected by the Promotor. The selected number is deemed the Winner.
5.2. The Draw may be streamed via Facebook Live on our page “Play Atom Competitions” and/or other platforms selected at our discretion.
5.3. We will attempt to notify the Winner by email first. Failure to respond within 5 days may result in forfeiture and a redraw.
5.4. Valid entry winners must supply 2 valid forms of ID (1 must be photo ID). These must exactly match account details. Failure to verify ID results in redraw.
5.5. We will arrange delivery for verified prizes where applicable.
5.6. Cash prizes will be transferred within 30 days where possible.
5.7. Bespoke or custom prizes are subject to availability.
5.8. Atom Competitions is not liable for third-party damage or delivery failure. Replacement is not guaranteed.
5.9. Tax and fees incurred in claiming or using any prize are the responsibility of the Winner.
5.10. Partial Winner information may be requested by emailing hello@playatom.co.uk
and may be published on the Website for 6 months unless opted out prior to Draw close.
5.11. If a competition is cancelled, credit used for that promotion may be returned to the user at our discretion.
5.12. Large prizes or vehicles must be collected from Atom Competition, Unit 3, Meridian Centre, Belvoir Way, Louth, LN11 0LQ
5.13. Winners may have their existing social profile picture displayed on our Website.

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION

6.1. Personal information provided to Atom Competitions may be used by us and third-party partners for administration and promotion, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2. By entering any Draw, you consent for your surname, county, occupation, character, appearance, and likeness to be published without payment or consideration.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1. You retain ownership of IP rights for submitted entries but grant Atom Competitions an unlimited, worldwide license to use content in connection with this promotion.
7.2. This includes the Promotor’s right to edit, modify, adapt, sub-license, incorporate into materials, and republish across global media for as long as the IP right exists.
7.3. You confirm entry material is:

original and owned by you,

non-infringing, non-defamatory, non-illegal, non-explicit,

and does not contain confidential or commercially sensitive content.
7.4. Content depicting people must be submitted with their consent. We may request evidence, and may refuse or disqualify content at our discretion.

1. IMPORTANT LEGAL INFORMATION

8.1. Draw entry is non-refundable.
8.2. We are not liable for events outside our control including but not limited to technical failure, tampering, intervention, fraud, or service loss affecting Draw integrity.
8.3. We may cancel, suspend, or terminate any Draw if reasonably required. No compensation will be offered.
8.4. Judging and Draw outcome decisions are final.
8.5. No warranty is given on Prize quality, suitability, or fitness for purpose.
8.6. Liability exclusions do not apply to death, personal injury caused by negligence, or data protection rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8.7. Maximum liability to Winners is capped at the value of one Prize.
8.8. Maximum liability to non-Winners is limited to the amount paid to enter the Draw.
8.9. We are not responsible for business losses or non-consumer losses. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
8.10. Invalid provisions will be severed without affecting remaining Terms.
8.11. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and GB courts local to the entrant’s residence hold exclusive jurisdiction.

Atom Credit (Site Credit) Terms & Conditions
9. DEFINITION OF ATOM CREDIT

9.1. Atom Credit (“Credit”, “Site Credit”, “Atom Credit”) refers to a digital credit balance used exclusively on the Atom Competitions Website to enter competitions, purchase entries, or make other permitted transactions.
9.2. Atom Credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.

1. WAYS ATOM CREDIT CAN BE OBTAINED

10.1. Competition Rewards – Credit may be issued instantly via the Website or through scheduled promotions, clearly stated where applicable.
10.2. Loyalty & Promotion Bonuses – Credit may be issued free of charge as part of promotions, loyalty schemes, goodwill adjustments, referrals, or account bonuses. These are discretionary and may be altered or removed at any time.
10.3. Referral Programme – Credit may be earned via the Atom referral system as detailed in your account area.
10.4. Points Redemption – Loyalty points (e.g. Diamonds or equivalent) may be exchanged for Atom Credit at a conversion rate set by Atom Competitions, which may change at our discretion.
10.5. Wallet Top-Ups & Bonuses – Credit can be purchased on the Website. Some top-ups may include bonus Credit, clearly marketed where offered.

1. USE OF ATOM CREDIT

11.1. Permitted Use Only – Credit may only be used on the Atom Competitions Website for entries or approved transactions.
11.2. Restrictions – Atom Credit:

cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds;

cannot be transferred to other users;

cannot be traded, sold, or used off-platform;

may have promotional usage limits when stated.

1. EXPIRY & REMOVAL OF ATOM CREDIT

12.1. Promotional Credit may include expiry dates communicated where possible.
12.2. Credit may be revoked if Terms are breached, including fraud, error, or misuse.
12.3. We may adjust Credit balances where allocation errors, inaccuracies, or misuse are identified.

1. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

13.1. Atom Credit is non-refundable once issued or purchased.
13.2. No refund is given where Credit has already been used.
13.3. If a competition is cancelled, Credit used for entry may be restored to your wallet at our discretion.

1. LIABILITY

14.1. Atom Competitions is not responsible for technical failures preventing Credit earning or redemption.
14.2. We are not liable for loss caused by unauthorised access where account details were compromised.
